We are Giuseppe, Ombretta, Piergiacomo, and Agnese, and since 2009, we have been happily welcoming guests into our home. With passion, we offer three spacious rooms and a common area to make our guests feel at home, sharing friendship and warmth. Our children and grandmother Lina also contribute to making the atmosphere welcoming and lively.

It is a love characterized by enthusiasm, enthusiasm and generosity, which enriches daily relationships. It also includes a passion oriented towards the well-being of others, be it a friend, a client or a guest and which we put into practice every day in our bed&breakfast.

Bormio
Bormio is renowned for its thermal springs and as an ideal destination for winter sports. Nestled in the heart of the Alps, it offers a combination of breathtaking landscapes, high-quality ski resorts, and wellness centers. It is known for its historic center, rich in alpine-style buildings, and its proximity to the Stelvio National Park.
Tirano
A charming historical town, famous for the Sanctuary of Madonna di Tirano and the Rhaetian Railway, a UNESCO World Heritage site, which connects Tirano to St. Moritz with the unmissable Bernina Red Train. It offers gastronomic tours through terraced vineyards and scenic hikes in the surrounding area.
Grosio
A historic mountain village rich in traditions and panoramas, famous for the Park of Rock Engravings, dating back to the 4th millennium BC, and the Renaissance Villa Visconti Venosta with its large park. The pristine Val Grosina offers mountain bike trails and beautiful high-altitude hiking paths leading to crystal-clear alpine ponds.
Grosotto
Famous for the Sanctuary of Beata Vergine delle Grazie, which houses a 17th-century wooden organ and a valuable artwork of the Holy Family. In Grosotto, you can admire historic fountains and Renaissance portals, and relax at the Prati di Punta lake, an oasis for children and fishing enthusiasts, next to the Valtellina Trail, a cycle and pedestrian path linking Colico to Bormio.

What does the stay include
Overnight stay in a spacious double room (please specify if with separate beds), with a terrace, private bathroom (shower), 32-inch TV, minibar, free Wi-Fi, kettle for herbal teas and/or coffee.
Buffet breakfast in the common breakfast room, which also includes a refrigerator, sitting area with TV, children’s space (for reading/drawing), treadmill, pool, and sauna (on request, not included).
